Single Occupancy
Add 30% to double occupancy rate during the regular and high periods, space permitting.
Add just 10% during the Spring.
Two-Bedroom Cabins
Bedsitting room with second bedroom and full bath. King and single beds. Rates are per person, per night, based on a three-adult minimum. All meals included, of course!
Cabins on the water with main lake views. The Beach Cabin overlooks Beaver House Bay.

Crowe Cottage
Standing on its own grounds, this private and spacious cottage has three bedrooms and living room. Situated on the mainland with commanding views of the lake.

Two children sharing a two-bedroom cabin with two adults: the eldest child is charged as the third adult, other children are charged at the children’s rates above.
Reservations
A deposit of $300 per person is required to confirm reservations. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Cancellations received 7 days before your arrival will be refunded in full.

Minimum Length of Stay
There are minimum length of stay requirements for most weekends or to reserve specific cabins.
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Cabins are ready for check-in between 2–4 pm; you’re welcome to come earlier for lunch.
Please check out by 1 pm. Feel free to linger at the beach and use our canoes, kayaks and paddleboards.
Evening Arrivals
As a family-run establishment, we close our gate and office after 10 pm.
If you arrive after dinner, we’d be pleased to make arrangements for a late check-in.
Gratuities
While many Ontario resorts add a service charge to guests’ bills, we do not.
Gratuities for service, left at your discretion, are much appreciated by our staff. Most guests leave 10%–15% when settling their account, which is distributed to all our staff.
Sales Tax
Our rates are subject to 13% Sales Tax.
